Uhhhh, nauseating

This makes me want to vomit. Apparently, AIG used the bailout money to party at a resort. Big time. They spent more money than my irresponsibly mortgaged to the hilt, value plunging home is worth.

If I hear one more person talking about irresponsible homeowners buying mansions they couldn’t afford, I will vomit on them, too. I grew up among rich people, and they waste plenty more money than poor people. My husband and I took out a sub prime loan we couldn’t really afford because we lived in South Florida and middle class people were priced out of the housing market. We had to move an hour west and north of my husband’s teaching job to be able to afford a modest house in a neighborhood with a school that wasn’t getting a C or lower. If that’s irresponsible, then I am sorry.

I haven’t had my home foreclosed on yet. But I sure as hell haven’t paid for going to any resorts. Oh wait, apparently I have, but only through my taxes.
